Arab Finance: Egypt Lebanon Ceramics (Lecico) (LCSW.CA) will hold GAM on Wednesday 28/03/2007 at the Four Seasons-Plaza Hotel, the meeting will discuss and endorse the company’s financial reports for the year ended 31/12/2006, and also will discuss the distribution of LE 1 per share cash dividend.
Moreover the meeting will discuss the distribution of 1,000,000 stock dividend, and accordingly amending articles 6 and 7 of the company's article of association.
